Also, can you try to clear your file cache in the web browser and try again. Sometimes the browser can try to play back from a local cache instead of directly off the web server, and I've seen this happen at least once or twice (could be due to the video player we're using, as well). Also try to completely restart the web browser. And just to rule out all other issues, try a different web browser too (I main Firefox as well, but have Brave as a backup).
